From machine parameters to the execution of the most complex orders – FASTPROFIT.5 ERP Production accurately reflects processing and manufacturing workflows, enabling precise planning, scheduling, and cost control.
The system also supports the planning and execution of machine maintenance. Offer documents, orders, and production requests help managing even the most complex production models.
Advanced modules enable the parameterization of machines and their availability, permitted operations, commercial and accounting costs for selected periods, as well as dedicated scheduling methods for each of them.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
FASTPROFIT.5 ERP Production (MES) records the entire manufacturing process from the very beginning — starting with the creation of a customer quotation, either manually or by importing finished products from the external TruTops Calculate system.
Once the quotation is approved and the order is generated, all items are transferred to a single location — the production registry.
The next step is the creation of a production order, which guides users through the entire manufacturing process as well as related tasks.
The system enables you to monitor which order items are in production, waiting to be processed, or already completed and ready for sale — all from one centralized view.
Additional functionalities include:
- automatic material transfer to production from another warehouse,
- production schedule planning,
- registration of scrap, returns, and offcuts,
- calculation of the final manufacturing cost for each finished product.
THE PRODUCTION SCHEDULING MODULE
The Production Scheduling module, powered by built-in algorithms, streamlines and supports the planner’s daily work by enabling:
- detection of available time slots within planned machine schedules,
- control of process execution sequences,
- identification of orders scheduled outside the required production deadline,
- automatic shifting of schedule blocks forward or backward,
- automatic schedule reorganization according to the required operation sequence,
- dynamic rescheduling of affected parts of the plan when an operation scheduled in the middle is moved.
MES PANELS
The production module also integrates with FASTPROFIT.5M (MES) application, which operates as a touch panel at the machine and allows operators to:
- view details of scheduled production orders, including raw materials, technical drawings, and planned finished products,
- record operation execution times,
- register post-production returns,
- print product labels
The schedule clearly shows when a machine is unavailable, when maintenance is planned, or when its time is reserved — including by whom and for what purpose.
In the case of finished goods packaging or assembly, the process is additionally supported by FASTPROFIT.5XS, enabling the registration of completed component assembly.
ANALYTICS BASED ON FASTPROFIT.5 ERP
Based on data collected during production processes, FASTPROFIT.5 ERP enables a wide range of analyses that support continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Key analyses include:
- calculation of the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) indicator
for selected machines, - detailed finished product cost analysis with a breakdown of individual cost components,
- comparison of actual manufacturing costs with planned costs defined in the production quotation,
- reporting on quantities and reasons for component cancellations during production.
